Job summary

Planisware is seeking a detail-oriented Professional Services Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Professional Services organization, collaborating with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales. This role emphasizes data quality, process adherence, and proactive issue resolution in a hybrid Denver setting.

The position is based in our Denver office with a four-day in-office policy and remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with business systems, data, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Able to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Professional Services or business operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate recurring operational processes such as forecasting, invoicing, timecard compliance and other regular business cycles.
• Onboarding, training and adoption of internal systems and processes.
• Maintain process documentation and communicate updates.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives across Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Finance.
• Schedule and organize internal meetings and follow-ups.
