Job summary

Plymouth Housing is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Supervisor to support the Portfolio Management team across multiple Seattle-area properties. You will cover Site Managers during vacancies and lead in ensuring safe, hospitable, and compliant building operations, resident satisfaction, and timely communications.

The role supports occupancy, rent processes, and coordination with vendors and external partners, while upholding Plymouth’s mission and community-oriented values.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in property management, housing operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience applying housing regulations such as Fair Housing, ADA, and landlord-tenant law.
• Experience working with diverse, low-income, or formerly homeless populations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary fill-in for Site Managers during vacancies, absences, or extended leave.
• Support Site Managers in maintaining high standards of daily operations and resident experience.
• Provide guidance on resident concerns, emergencies, and building issues.
• Assist with unit turns, inspections, and funder compliance.
