Job summary

Tallgrass seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities across multiple sites in Wyoming. You will lead operations personnel, plan schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets and incident investigations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and trucking dispatchers, maintaining safety programs, and developing short- and long-range operations plans. Travel and shift coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with mechanical and disposal systems.
• Five years of direct people management experience.
• Valid driver8 license and a driving record acceptable to the company and its insurers (travel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of facilities and supervision of multiple operations personnel.
• Plan, schedule, assign and direct work of Operations personnel.
• Manage regulatory requirements and assist during inspections or audits.
• Coordinate with clients and trucking dispatch on delivery of flowback and produced water.
• Coordinate with maintenance on facility operation and maintenance.
