Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to oversee crude oil and natural gas pipeline operations across multiple sites in Nebraska. You will lead field crews, ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and efficiency, and manage budgets, schedules, and projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving are essential to support continuous operations and reliability. Responsibilities include directing work, maintaining OQ programs, coordinating audits, and promoting a culture

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering or related discipline; five years pipeline operations experience; supervisory experience may substitute for degree.
Two years of mechanical and pipeline systems experience.
Demonstrated skills in employee supervision and asset management.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe, reliable operation of crude oil and natural gas pipeline systems across multiple sites.
Plan, schedule, assign and direct work of operations personnel.
Ensure regulatory compliance and safety training; manage audits and inspections.
Manage budgets, capital and O&M costs; assist with project cost tracking and completion.
Foster leadership, organize multi-location activities and ensure timely documentation.
