Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee crude oil and natural gas pipeline system operations, compressor stations, pump stations, oil terminals and related equipment in Nebraska. The role will supervise multiple operations personnel and ensure reliable, cost-effective operations.

You will ensure safety, environmental compliance and regulatory adherence, lead budgeting and planning for the area, and coordinate across sites while maintaining high standards of performance and

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field with supervisory exposure.
• Minimum five years direct work experience in pipeline operations with supervision.
• Familiarity with PHMSA/regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct work of Operations personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and budget requirements.
• Manage PHMSA and regulatory requirements and audits.
• Oversee safety programs, environmental and governmental compliance.
• Budget planning and forecast for area; manage multiple locations.
