Odeko is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for operations, leading drivers, dispatch, and team leaders while maintaining safety culture and achieving KPIs.

Odeko has 400+ employees across departments, and this position focuses on optimizing 24-hour operations, efficiency, and collaboration with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations leadership with 2+ direct reports.
• Proven track record delivering safety, compliance and KPIs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Ability to analyze complex data to propose solutions.
• Proficiency in operations systems, routing software, productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery logistics.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain a strong safety culture that eliminates risks from the operation.
• Support, coach, and lead a large team of drivers, dispatch, and team leaders.
• Demonstrates initiative in all areas of the business with a bias for action.
• Develops team leaders who can drive results in the business.
• Own all operational KPIs for assigned shift/workstreams.
• Use process and project management skills to deliver measurable results.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives.
• Partner with leadership on other shifts to ensure 24-hour operations.
