OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day facility operations in Murray, UT. You will oversee warehousing, light manufacturing, and panel assembly workflows, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), and familiarity with UL 508A / cUL 508A, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Report to the Regional Operations Manager and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of operational supervisory or floor leadership experience.
• Experience in warehousing/logistics and light manufacturing/electromechanical assembly.
• Direct working knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) for distribution and assembly workflows.
• Knowledge of UL 508A / cUL 508A, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily floor workflows across warehousing, material handling, assembly cells, and staging.
• Oversee P21 production scheduling, routing, and job closing; manage pick/pack/ship cycles and inventory adjustments.
• Direct scheduling of production for custom electrical panels, pneumatic sub-assemblies, wire harnesses, and pump mods.
• Direct incoming freight receiving, cycle counting, lot/serial tracking, put-away, and shipping/receiving.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and UL 508A / cUL 508A compliance; ensure audit-ready documentation.
