Mister Car Wash in Minnesota is launching a Leadership Career through the Manager in Training and Operations Lead in Training programs. These roles offer a structured 16-week training experience to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, with a clear path toward advancing to an Assistant General Manager.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career - where your potential meets our momentum. This program is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to take the first step toward leadership. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you'll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you'll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:
