Mister Car Wash is launching your leadership career through the Operations Lead In Training (OLIT) program. Over a 16-week training period, you’ll gain hands-on operational experience and foundational leadership skills before stepping into the Operations Lead role with a clear path toward advancement.

You’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience, lead daily operations, grow sales and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and develop the judgment

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
