Mister Car Wash in Texas is launching your leadership career with the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program, a 16-week training path designed to build hands-on operational skills and future leadership responsibilities.

You will work closely with a General Manager, gain experience in driving guest satisfaction, promoting Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and advancing toward Assistant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading a team or supervising shifts in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career—where your potential meets our momentum. Over a focused 16-week training experience, you’ll build hands on operational skills and gain the foundational leadership abilities that can fuel long-term career growth at Mister.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager to:

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role—with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
