Job summary

Foresight Health in San Francisco seeks a hands-on Head of Recruiting to lead and expand our recruiting function across business, technology, and clinical roles. You will own full-cycle hiring from sourcing and outreach through interviews, offers, and closing, while partnering with leadership to balance volume with quality during rapid growth.

You’ll build systems, pipelines, and a recruiting team that scales with the company, raising the bar on culture, performance, and ownership of outcomes.

Compensation:

$150K-$200K salary with equity reflecting the scope of ownership and commitment.
