Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations in collaboration with Licensed Administrator and Director of Nursing.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring.
• Support policy development, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
• Foster relationships with PACS Services and community partners to support census growth and quality of care.
• Coordinate staff development, performance evaluations, and HR-related issues.
• Monitor and implement quality improvement initiatives (QAPI) and compliance efforts.
