• Experience with VIP, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge (or similar CRM software) and Financial Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars and meetings for senior leaders, coordinating with donors and university leadership.
• Prepare for meetings with notes, briefs, and agendas; arrange travel and logistics.
• Provide project management support for fundraising initiatives and priority projects.
• Create high-level content for communications and donor documents; update CRM records.
• Assist in training and procurement processes; support talent development activities.
• Maintain intranet and document management, audits of SharePoint and pages.
