This position is for a Research Scientist 2 with the UNM Comprehensive Cancer Center Clinical Research Office. It is responsible for working with providers in the coordination of patient participation in oncology clinical trials and plays a key role in patient safety and monitoring of protocol compliance. The Research Scientist 2 handles informed consent, scheduling protocol‑required appointments, documentation of side effects and medications, and works directly with the study team and PI to ensure trial activity is in line with protocol expectations and regulations.

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
