Frostburg State University, Department of Student Engagement, seeks applications for a full-time, exempt Assistant Director of Operations position in the Lane University Center & Event Services to begin Fall 2026. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with one year of facility operations experience in a student union/university center.
• Experience with event production including audio, lighting and video.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license. Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management, operation, and production of Lane University Center technical services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop the student Technical Services Crew.
• Oversee technical planning, production, and operational support of events for students, faculty, staff, and external clients.
