Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, college student personnel administration, or related field.
• Two to four years post Bachelor’s experience in Residence Life or Higher Education.
• Excellent oral and written communications, computer literacy, and experience with databases, data analysis and housing management software.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities and accomplish tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the residential education aspects of the housing program.
• Supervise Residential Leadership professional and para-professional staff, and student workers.
• Recruit, select, supervise and evaluate Residential Leadership staff.
• Participate in the residential conduct process.
• Manage the residential leadership program, oversee programming, supplies, and curriculum.
• Participate in on-call duty rotation.
• Engage with parents and students.
• Participate in residence life processes, including openings, closings, and staff recruitment.
• Responsible for Residential Leadership Programs and space, and for RLO social media.
• Other related duties as assigned.
