• At least two years in a professional environment; startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with customers to understand workflows and identify value.
• Turn customer requests into scalable automation, filtering one-off needs from broader improvements.
• Own operational complexity across hundreds of shops and system configurations.
• Build playbooks, tools, and internal workflows to scale without sacrificing speed.
• Drive measurable impact to position Yaxle as the leading auto-parts procurement platform.
