Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking an Operations Lead for the 3rd shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm) in the Warehouse / Operations teams. You will lead a departmental crew, ensure on-time production, and oversee receiving and shipping in a safe, accurate, and timely manner.

The role requires forklift experience, RF scanner usage, and strong communication across departments. We offer a pathway for advancement, competitive pay with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Ability to work un-supervised.
Computer knowledge; Outlook, Excel, SAP.
Excellent attendance and dependability.
Lift truck knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Operate mechanical forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock picker lift trucks.
Operate and maintain RF Scanner (handheld warehouse computer).
Accurately complete work order sheets.
Clean and maintain warehouse floor and facilities as needed.
Complete reports and reviews for management.
Maintain great communication with all departments in the Distribution Center.
Handle customer, carrier, and employee issues.
Follow set company and OSHA safety rules, regulations, and guidelines at all times.
