Job summary

Pressrun is seeking an experienced Operations leader to scale our internal systems as we grow. You’ll own project management, finance operations, and cross-team coordination to keep delivering outstanding work.

In this role you will build scalable processes, manage budgets and vendor payments, and implement tools that drive visibility across the company. A proactive, collaborative mindset and 5+ years in operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations at a startup, agency, or professional services firm.
• Strong systems thinking — you see how processes connect and where they break.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Linear, Slack).
• Financial literacy — comfortable with budgets, P&Ls, and basic accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, clear communication.
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing.

Responsibilities
