Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 USD (Depending on Experience)

What You Will Do

As an Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to spearhead internal projects and external client initiatives. You’ll take ownership of strategic operational workflows that support both company-wide scaling and customer deployment of AI agents.

You will:

  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning product, engineering, client success, and strategy

  • Design and improve internal processes to ensure the company scales efficiently

  • Support the onboarding and integration of clients using AI-driven tools

  • Work directly with leadership to identify bottlenecks and create high-impact solutions

  • Contribute to go-to-market and partnership execution efforts

  • Build dashboards, reports, and systems to keep stakeholders aligned and informed

This is a high-visibility role with significant ownership and a chance to shape core company infrastructure from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate Background
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, operations, or strategic roles at a fast-growing company

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects

  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a bias for action

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Interest in AI, finance, and the future of work

Preferred
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup

  • Exposure to fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or other no-code/low-code platforms

  • Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, or financial modeling is a plus (not required)
