Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Atlanta is seeking an Operations / IT Business Coordinator to bridge business needs with IT teams, driving system enhancements for efficiency and accuracy. You will translate requirements, support enterprise applications, and develop dashboards and SOPs.

You will lead or support testing, training, and change management, ensuring data integrity and alignment with internal controls. A strong background in process improvement and enterprise systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, information systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and system implementation support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (WMS, ERP, inventory, labor management).
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Experience with AS400, SAP, Kronos, ADP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows for IT systems.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
• Support implementation, testing, and optimization of enterprise systems (WMS, ERP, inventory, labor).
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with developers.
• Lead or support system testing, validation, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide ongoing system support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Create SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
• Assist with change management and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data integrity standards.
