Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking an Operations / IT Business Coordinator to bridge business needs and IT solutions across warehousing and logistics systems.

You will translate operational requirements into technical specs, participate in system implementations, and develop KPI dashboards to improve accuracy and performance. Strong process improvement and data-driven decision-making are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering Technology, Business, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, and system implementation support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as WMS, inventory management, and labor management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, generate reports, and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Experience with AS400, Kronos, ADP, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for IT systems and applications.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Support the implementation, testing, and optimization of enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, inventory management, labor management, and reporting platforms.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate with developers, system integrators, and IT support teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead or support system testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports to track performance, accuracy, and productivity.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations post-implementation.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for new systems and enhancements.
• Assist with change management, training, and adoption of new technologies across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data integrity standards.
