Your Role

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Preferred qualifications include experience with standardized work and/or process improvement, familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), and basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools
