Job summary

LPU Batangas in Dodge City, United States, is seeking an aspiring operator intern to support daily plant operations, monitor production equipment, perform rounds, and record data to ensure safe, reliable plant performance. You will collaborate with operators, maintenance teams, reliability and process engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve equipment reliability, while following all safety procedures.

Enrollment in a related program and availability for May 2028 are required; benefits

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree, certificate, technical, or vocational program related to Instrumentation and Controls, Industrial Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• Eligible for full‑time employment before or by May 2028.
• Willing and able to meet all physical requirements, including working outdoors in all weather, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, confined space entry, and availability for shift work and emergency call outs.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting or military experience is a plus.
