Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC seeks a motivated engineering student for a hands-on role within United States manufacturing environments. You will identify and support process improvements, build project plans, and lead or support projects to completion.

This internship emphasizes collaboration with plant leadership, cross-functional teams, and involvement in state-of-the-art facilities. Ideal candidates are pursuing engineering degrees, with internship or co-op experience and a willingness to relocate.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related fields


• Previous internship, co-op experience, or relevant work experience


• Experience through student organizations such as Engineers without Borders, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Chemical Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, etc.


• Volunteerism or similar activities


• Interest and ability to relocate now and in the future


• Reliable transportation to and from work


• Sponsorship is not available now or in the future

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $25.50 to $29.00 based on academic standing


• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with automatic 3% company contribution plus 50% match on the first 7% of employee contributions
