Responsibilities

• Participate in Summer Internship 2027 (April - August).
• Draft and perform equipment qualification studies including IQ/OQ.
• Gather samples, record and compile data for equipment qualification.
• Write engineering reports and test protocols.
• Organize and file design files, drawings, P&IDs, manuals, PM schedules, and test protocols.
• Support engineering priorities related to Capex efforts.
• Evaluate safety, quality, production, and cost/efficiency of equipment.
• Ensure engineering studies comply with cGMP regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, third-party services, suppliers, and external partners.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Participate in Summer Internship 2027 (April - August).
• Draft and perform equipment qualification studies, including system volume, mixer RPM setpoints, and cleaning development.
• Gather samples, record and compile data for equipment qualification.
• Write engineering reports and test protocols.
• Organize and file documentation such as design files, manufacturing drawings, P&ID, manuals, spare parts lists, PM schedules, and test protocols.
• Support engineering priorities related to Capex efforts.
• Evaluate safety, quality, production, and cost/efficiency of equipment.
• Ensure engineering support complies with cGMP regulations and company policies.
• Design, develop, create, install, and assist in production processes and equipment qualification.
• Create and execute process equipment qualification protocols (IQ/OQ).
• Collaborate with engineering teams, third-party services, suppliers, and external partners to ensure designs meet intended use requirements.

About You

Compensation & Benefits
