Job summary

Stie Yai is seeking a summer intern to assist with administrative tasks, coordinate with Field Team Partners, take notes, and organize documentation while gaining exposure to process improvements.

You will shadow team members for time studies, perform quality reviews of calls or transactions, and contribute to various projects using Microsoft Office and Excel across multiple monitors.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Available to work up to 40 hours/week during the summer.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; able to work with multiple monitors.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Reliable with attention to detail and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as email communications and organizing document storage.
• Contact Field Team Partners for needed information or documentation and take meeting notes.
• Review current processes, observe live workflows, and document improvements.
• Participate in time studies by shadowing team members to document tasks and time spent.
• Perform quality reviews of calls or transactions to support customer service excellence.
• Support other projects aligned with your skills or growth.
