Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking a student who is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree to support administrative tasks and documentation during the summer, working up to 40 hours per week.

You will assist with process reviews, live observation, time studies, and quality reviews to help maintain excellent customer service while gaining growth opportunities.

Compensation includes an hourly wage of $19.00–$20.00 with eligibility for a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree while applying to this internship.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners for information, taking notes, and organizing document storage.
• Review current processes, observe operations, and update documentation accordingly.
• Participate in time studies by shadowing team members to document tasks and time spent.
• Perform quality reviews of calls or transactions to support customer service excellence.
• Support other projects aligned with your skills or growth.
