Participants will learn warehouse operations, inventory control, and basic ERP usage while gaining exposure to sales and interdepartmental collaboration in a growing, sustainable industry.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a supply chain related program (SCM or Industrial Distribution).
• Commit to a 12-week, 40-hour per week internship.
• Provide housing and transportation.
• No warehouse experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Work in an unconditioned warehouse environment.
• Willingness to gain hands-on ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply operational policies to support daily warehouse functions.
• Assist in identifying strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Provide cross-department support to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Strengthen communication through customer interaction and vendor relations.
• Shadow sales activities to gain exposure to counter and outside sales.
• Develop knowledge of ERP and premier distribution software.
