Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in New York is offering a paid 12-week summer internship with the Northeast Distribution Supply team. You will gain hands-on experience across operations, inventory, communications, sales, and ERP systems in a warehouse setting.

During the program you will work 40 hours per week, complete a company project for leadership, and gain exposure to warehouse processes and distribution software.

• No prior warehouse experience necessary.

Responsibilities

What you will learn:

Warehouse Operations

• Forklift certification

• Inventory management, bin adjustments, cycle counts

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work the full 12-week internship, 40 hours per week


• May be required to work on rotating Saturdays


• Must provide own housing and transportation

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift/maneuver up to 50lbs. without machinery assistance.


• Ability to work in a unconditioned warehouse environment


• Continuous walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, carrying

Educational Requirements And/or Experience Required
