Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or another related field

Responsibilities

• Recommend, prioritize, develop, and implement projects across Werner with input from related companies, suppliers, and customers to create opportunities for improvement and set project goals.
• Work with all levels to identify and eliminate process waste, train staff, and support continuous improvement.
• Formalize and administer Lean activities to drive the methodology across the organization.
• Develop and track performance metrics; verify savings attributed to project deployment.
