ARCH Global Precision is seeking a student intern to assist Operations leadership with continuous improvement projects at our Seabrook, NH site. You will help with Lean and 5S initiatives, process documentation, and data-driven efforts to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, learning internal systems, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in high school or college program.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, Lean concepts, operational excellence, or process improvement preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations leadership with continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Support process documentation and data-driven efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.
• Engage in Lean and 5S activities, identify waste, and support standardization.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and other departments on improvement actions.
• Adhere to workplace safety laws and practices.
