Synchrony Financial is offering a paid 10-week Business Leadership Program Summer Internship based in Stamford, Connecticut. Interns will work alongside experts, gaining hands-on experience in Operations and exposure to various business areas.

The ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business with a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrating effective communication skills, leadership, and a passion for excellence. Successful candidates will receive full relocation benefits for moves greater than 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a field of business.
• Excellent academic record – Minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week during the internship.
