Job summary

Synchrony Financial is offering a paid Business Leadership Program Summer Internship in Stamford, Connecticut. Interns will engage in a 10-week program focused on developing skills in Internal Audit, with a blend of project work and formal training.

Eligible candidates must be pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s degree, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and be available to work 40 hours a week during the summer months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, or related field.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Available for 10 consecutive weeks during the internship from June to August.

Responsibilities

• Complete audit and testing work including design and executing audits.
• Conduct ongoing business monitoring and industry research.
• Participate in formal training related to compliance and technical audits.
