Job summary

Learn to supervise and lead individuals in an operations department.
Assist with implementation of production plans and managing their completion.
Identify ways to improve current production or place new products into production.
Attend meetings with Supervisors and Managers to understand current projects.
Anticipate and mitigate production-related problems and delays.
