Job summary

Red Gold seeks a production supervisor in Indiana to enhance line efficiency and overall plant operations. You will lead shift teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure daily production and quality reporting with GMP/HACCP compliance.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Food Science or related field, 3–5 years in food manufacturing, and 1–2 years supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong teamwork are expected.

• On-the-job training regarding Training by HACCP Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines are running efficiently.
• Daily Production, Operating and Efficiency Reports.
• Safety Audits and compliance with Food GMPs.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
• Monitor, record keeping for Food Safety Plan and prerequisite programs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
