Job summary

Hybron Inc. is seeking an Operations Intern for its Hawthorne, CA facility. The role is full-time and in-person, running at least 10 weeks in Summer 2027, with hands-on responsibilities across operations, finance, and business development.

You will gain exposure to receiving, shipping, inventory control, and project management from day one. You will track details, learn purchasing processes, and help run the facility, with opportunities to present a capstone project to leadership at the end of

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. person per EAR/ITAR definitions.
• Open to any university student graduating in Summer 2027.
• Available to work full-time, in person at Hawthorne for at least 10 weeks in Summer 2027.
• Strong organization and follow-through: track details and close loops without reminders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to take and integrate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship materials and parts, including export-controlled items.
• Keep inventory accurate and track purchase orders.
• Process and reconcile invoices; support scheduling and meeting prep.
• Assist with market research and proposals; build trackers and processes.
• Own one project end-to-end and present results to leadership at summer end.
