Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the start of the internship
• Must have at least one year of work experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Pursuing a degree in Operations or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with planning daily work schedules
• Support site safety programs and participate in safety initiatives
• Collaborate with the filling department as needed
• Understand inventory, routing, and shipping procedures
• Review production orders for quality and adherence
• Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes
• Support employee engagement activities and site events
• Engage in early career development programming through the GSC Program Team
