Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Intern to join our team at the FSU Dining Hall. In this onsite role, you will support data management projects related to city, county, and state procurement processes.

You’ll gather information via FOIA requests, compile contracts into accessible data, and work with regional directors to develop sales strategies and pipeline insights. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a major in business or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Compile contracts into accessible data, based on the team’s current strategies.
• Work alongside regional business development directors to review information and develop new business strategies.
• Participate in corporate calls to walk through stages of our sales cycle and develop knowledge about our business development processes, pipeline management, and proforma development.
