Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an Operations Intern for the FSU Dining Hall to support a data management project tied to city, county, and state procurement processes. The role offers hands-on exposure to information gathering, data compilation, and collaboration with regional directors.

Responsibilities include FOIA data collection, contract organization, and participating in calls that illuminate sales cycles and proforma development. Compensation is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Major or majoring in Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via FOIA requests.
• Compile contracts into accessible data, based on current strategies.
• Review information with regional directors to develop new business strategies.
• Participate in corporate calls to learn sales cycle stages and proforma development.
