Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an Operations Intern for our collegiate dining division. Based at the FSU Dining Hall, you will contribute to a data management project focusing on city, county, and state procurement processes while supporting the operations team.

You will gather information via FOIA requests, organize contracts, and collaborate with regional directors to shape new business strategies and improve pipeline understanding.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather information via FOIA requests.
• Compile contracts into accessible data based on the team’s current strategies.
• Work with regional directors to review information and develop new business strategies.
• Participate in corporate calls to walk through stages of our sales cycle and contribute to proforma development.
