Job summary

Avi Medical GmbH in Munich and Berlin seeks an Operations Intern (all genders) to join our fast-paced, tech-enabled healthcare team. You will assist the Medical Service Director to review staffing, support workflows, SLAs, and communication flows, and help develop improvements using AI where applicable.

You will rotate through key operational focus areas across the company—support growth, launch new services, solve bottlenecks—and build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business, economics, information science, health admin or STEM.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking with an independent work style.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or healthcare.
• Professional presence with stakeholders; tactful, mature communication.
• Proficient in German and English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Medical Service Director to review staffing, workflows, SLAs and comms.
• Help develop improvements to efficiency, reporting and automation (AI where applicable).
• Rotate through operational focus areas across the company to support growth and new services.
• Build dashboards, automate processes and recommend better tools and systems.
• Collaborate with product, medical care, tech and marketing teams to scale with excellence.
