Job summary

Cagayan State University is offering an internship in dairy manufacturing operations. You’ll work with leadership and operations teams across cheese, whey, and packaging processes, collecting data and driving improvement projects that boost productivity and quality.

The role provides exposure to multiple plant areas, opportunities to lead initiatives, and networking with industry professionals. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work alongside Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support cheese and whey manufacturing processes.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations, including milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping.
• Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

About You

• Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
