Job summary

Agropur in Wisconsin is offering an Operations Intern position within our cheese and whey manufacturing plants. You will work closely with Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support production activities, improve processes, and gain hands-on experience in a world-class dairy environment.

The internship provides exposure to multiple plant operations, opportunities to lead projects, and a path to develop manufacturing and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support cheese and whey manufacturing processes and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership and Operations teams on process improvements.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of implemented changes.
• Present project outcomes and learnings to leadership at internship end.
