Job summary

181 SEI Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Investment Manager Services Specialist I to support Operations Integrity and Quality Control. The role rotates through IMS units to understand operations, assess risks, and strengthen internal controls with management across SEI.

You will assist with audits, process improvements, and SOC1 readiness while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA, MBA or MS Accounting/Finance or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of fund accounting, operations, auditing, risk management or compliance experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of risks and controls to develop and execute audit programs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through IMS units to learn operations and key processes.
• Maintain and analyze inventory of internal controls across IMS.
• Conduct risk assessments on current business and operations.
• Assist in audits and test operating effectiveness of controls.
• Develop and deliver audit plans and reports for management.
