Job summary

Rasa Floors, LP seeks an Operations Assistant to support installation operations and warehouse activities. You will coordinate subcontractors, handle materials, and ensure inventory controls and daily load-out are performed to maintain customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates communicate in English (Spanish preferred), maintain a forklift certification, and hold a valid driver's license. You will help with safety, vehicle upkeep, and occasional site visits to support branch needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in flooring industry knowledge or related operations preferred.
• English and Spanish language ability preferred for communication.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Must maintain forklift certification and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation activities and ensure schedules are met.
• Manage daily material load-out and prepare required materials.
• Process orders to support subcontractors and Operations.
• Communicate with subcontractors, Sales, and customers about needs.
• Maintain QA photos and installation information as directed.
• Assist with vehicle upkeep and routine inspections for safety.
• Travel to installation sites to inspect work and support customers.
• Read production schedules to pull and stage materials for daily load-out.
