Responsibilities

• Café Event Management: own events end-to-end for Ops Services.
• Initiative Management: support deployment and testing of initiatives.
• Shared Services: rotate ownership of ePAM and hierarchy alignment.
• Collaborate with field-facing and support center teams across departments.
• Provide training, share materials, and report process improvements.
• Document test details and maintain reference documents for initiatives.
