Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Operations Infrastructure Lead (Tier II). This position is in Washington, DC.

The Operations Infrastructure Team Lead position is a hands-on role requiring troubleshooting skills and the ability to mentor technical team members. The candidate should be familiar with industry best practices and implementing a least privileged access model.

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system and network performance
• Troubleshoot systems/network issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Administer Windows Active Directory, Group Policies, and Certificate Services
• Administer Azure Active Directory and Intune Mobile Device Management
• Manage Citrix and remote access solutions
• Oversee Multi-factor authentication, Single Sign-On, and Smart Card (PIV) Sign-On services
• Manage PIV card certificates and credential mapping, enforcing PIV authentication for staff
• Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) and network shares
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Participate in Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and infrastructure management
• Perform maintenance such as system backups, image management, event log reviews, vulnerability mitigation, and compliance
• Document all procedures, practices, and actions

Experience:

• Coordinate and manage diverse technical support tasks
• Evaluate new IT systems and their impact
• Manage private PKI infrastructure
• Develop automated solutions for administrative tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell)
• Create automated packages for system deployment and configuration management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience
• Two of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+; MCSA: Windows 10; MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure
• ITIL or equivalent quality certification
• Active Security Clearance
