Walmart is expanding its operations team in Shelbyville, KY, and seeks a Senior Manager for Operations Improvement to oversee multiple projects and drive efficiency across facilities and content workflows.

You will partner with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership, manage budgets, and guide content governance while delivering data-driven improvements and stakeholder buy-in. This role requires travel and leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field plus 4 years of experience OR 6 years of experience in retail operations, content development, or project management.
• Requires state/jurisdiction certification and licenses for the location of work.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope, objectives, activities, milestones, and timelines.
• Coordinate planning activities and assemble management plans; track changes and resolve issues.
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and project documentation to stakeholders on a regular basis.
