Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, to lead the execution of strategic plans and process enhancements across facilities. You will drive continuous improvement by coordinating cross-functional teams, coaching associates, and delivering data-driven solutions that align with policies and standards.

The role focuses on improving operational performance, KPI monitoring, and sustaining change through effective project management and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, or project management OR 5 years’ experience in these areas.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects, prioritizing and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Supervise and mentor associates to build a collaborative team and develop talent.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements with cross-functional alignment.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with regular status updates.
